The 3rd IT support session from the Hwb team. This time it’s a gentle stroll through creating and sending email, attaching photos and documents and all things email. Bring your own smartphone, tablet or laptop or borrow one of ours for the session if you don’t have one. Bring a friend too if you know someone who would also like to gain skill and confidence in using email.

What you will need to take part in this session:

A working, wifi enabled computer (PC laptop, iPad or tablet) If it’s a laptop we strongly recommend that it has at least Windows 10 installed. We have two laptops, two iPads and a Samsung tablet which can be borrowed for the duration of the session.

This session will take you through using best practice to:

1. create an email account if you don’t have one, so you have an email address to use.
2. use email on your computer or a suitable smartphone.
3. think about the security of your email – do’s and don’ts regarding your email account and individual emails.
