Gower Society Youth

Gower Society Youth provides a programme of monthly activities for children aged from 5-14 that runs from February to November, led by Dawn Thomas. The activities are mostly outdoor and include topics such as camping, foraging, crafting and mindfulness among many others. The programme is on the Nature Days website at https://naturedays.co.uk/public_activities/.

The activities help families to explore new and hidden parts of the Gower Lordship, learn new skills, meet people and have fun. Children will need to bring a responsible adult with them.

The GSY events are all free to participants and open to all families. You don’t have to be a member of the Gower Society to take part but as GSY do get funding from the Gower Society for all the activities, they do encourage membership.

There is also a Gower Society Youth Facebook page where you can see what the children have been doing and tickets for the various events/activities are available on their Eventbrite page.

Contact Dawn Thomas by email via naturedays@reynoldston.com.
